I had an amazing experience at this villa! the place used to be apartments, so you can expect all the comforts of home. We stayed in a 2, bedroom villa, and it was perfect for our family. the master bedroom had a walk, in closet, a comfortable California king bed, and a full, sized bathroom. There was even a private balcony attached. the second room was a bit smaller with 2 twin beds and a full, sized bathroom in the hallway. the living room was spacious, and there was a second balcony in the dining room. If you're traveling with a family or group of 4, 6, I highly recommend this place. It's totally worth it!
Nothing, all great! 😊.

The villa was a perfect fit for a weekend shopping trip with friends. Was not aware of all the items included in the room, such as the kitchen wares. This actually could be advertised as a furnished two bed/two bath apartment. There was plenty of room to relax after a long day of shopping and hiking. The villa was much nicer than the pictures in the ad.
The only problem we encountered were tiny ants in the living room area. With being in the desert, it is common, but was a bit irritating after a long day.

We got great value for our money at Desert Vacation Villas. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for hiking, walking, and biking. The staff, especially Jeffery and Vivian, were friendly and helpful.
More breakfast choices would have been nice.

I had a great time. It was my first time there and my family and I didn't know what to expect. The place was great and it looked better in person than on the pictures.
I didn't like when the pool was closing and the night lady started to pour bottles of chlorine in the water before the kids could even get out. She was very rude.

First of all it was clean and in a really good location. The main reason we chose Villas, was because we had 6 people in the family group and we wanted to stay in one room. Villas offered the best deal, by far. However, I had a difficult time reaching staff when I had questions about late check in, because the phone number listed on the Bookings.com email confirmation was incorrect.
Hard to reach staff members.

This is an excellent hotel / villa rental. It's more like an appartement rental. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and everything you need is present. The people at the front desk during the day are the most sweatest persons you'll ever meet.
It would have been nice to have an 24/7 front desk, but they have a front desk by phone for after hours.

The villa at Desert Vacation Villas was perfect for our family getaway. With two bathrooms and ample space, it was ideal for both adults and children. the view of the mountain from our apartment was simply stunning and provided privacy. the apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. It was centrally located, making it convenient to explore downtown Palm Springs and other resorts. We also appreciated the updated and pleasant bathrooms, as well as the cleanliness of the entire place.
Felt great, nothing to complain about.

Location was key for our trip. We wanted to be close for a family gathering. The weather was fantastic, and finding this location was easy. They appeared to have many families there and we were looking for that kind of atmosphere. We did not use the pool, but I sat in the spa for about 45 minutes. The people staying at the Villas were very friendly and talkative.
This was our first stay at the Villas and we have not stayed at anything similiar to it. The pool area was not as gleem as the picture. We had been driving for several hours and when we checked in the person never asked if we had stayed there before and any other villa. We were unaware of the non maid service and the card to fill out to get fresh towels. We saw the card and info the final morning before we left.As well as not knowing that when the office closed there was no one there to help us. We needed towels for the shower and the pool and ended up not going to the pool the first day because of it, and were un interested the next day. We arriverd back to the room new years eve at 2 am. I spent over an hour trying to help an elderly gentleman to get in his room. He was trying since 12:15 am. The calling service was rude and hung up on him. I might have torn the place up after that but he did not get angry. His name Mr. Countryman. I left him and his wife in the parking lot after 3 am and no one had yet arrived. I would never recommend this place to anyone and they should start firing the help and get someone in there that knows customer service. One hour before we had to be out of the room, someone came by to give us towels. I tried talking to her, but she spoke no english. We left tired and dissapointed

Spacious rooms, decent water pressure, soft to medium firm beds, and mushy pillows. Very clean accommodations. Great facilities, especially for families. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Superb location. Would definitely book again.

The rooms were clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. Having a fullsize kitchen was great. Close to the main road (Hwy 111) into Palm Springs, but the rooms were quiet. Less than a mile the main shopping strip in Palm Springs.
The water pressure to the shower in the main bathroom was really low (might have been an issue related to our room).\ The microwave oven was very noisy.

The appartments were lovely and well air conditioned. Great space for a family.
Smoking was allowed in the pool area - on the first couple of nights there was a party of 10 - 12 people smoking continually at the pool. Glass was not allowed - however several glass beer bottles were left around the pool area.
